We are looking for someone with a strong service mindset and business acumen – qualities that are central in our interactions with our tenants. As our outward face, you build trust, create good relationships, and ensure that service always meets high standards.

We also highly value your ability to collaborate and your flexibility, as these contribute to the team's success and a positive work environment. Responsibilities and Duties
Castellum Region Öresund owns and manages properties within office, warehouse, logistics, and retail. You will be part of an engaged team that supports and inspires each other to reach their goals and create a positive experience for everyone operating in our properties. The team consists of Commercial Managers, Technical Managers, Operations Technicians, and other Property Managers. You will be responsible for the operation of your “own” commercial premises where you work towards cost efficiency and satisfied customers.
Main responsibilities:
- Responsible for ongoing maintenance, operation, and management actions in the properties and their external environment.
- Conduct inspections, maintenance, and ongoing technical rounds of the interior and exterior environments.
- Receive error reports, prevent errors, rectify errors, and provide improvement suggestions.
- Maintain daily contact, availability, and service to customers.
- Ongoing contact with contractors hired for the properties' operation, maintenance, and upkeep.
- Ensure and follow up that purchased services are performed according to agreements.
- Participate in the establishment of maintenance plans.
- Assist in the leasing process.
Your profile
We are looking for someone with experience in a similar role and a good understanding of service work. We prefer that you have a technical education, such as a high school diploma or qualified vocational training in the field.
For the position, the following is required:
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
• B driver's license
• Good IT skills
• Meritorious: experience with case management systems
